The Ohio State Buckeyes took the win against Notre Dame to win the National Championship on January 20th. Ohio State Quarterback Will Howard stated “Year of a lifetime. Through all the ups and downs. Wouldn’t change it for the world. National Champions! God is so Good”.
The national championship is something that all college football players strive for but many do not achieve. Howard threw for 231 yards and two touchdown passes. Howard is the leader of the Ohio state offense, he couldn’t have done it without his wide receiver. Freshman Jeremiah Smith, had five receptions for 88 yards and one touchdown which sealed the game. Many claim that Jeremiah Smith will dominate the NFL once he gets there.
