Do you believe in aliens? Some people regarding the monoliths that have been appearing all around the world believe that aliens are the answer to the mystery of these strange monoliths.
The first monolith was spotted in Utah on November 18th, 2016 in a canyon. It was noticed by few people and remained like that until 2020 when the pandemic started. With all of the stressful things happening in the world in 2020, people started to take notice and develop theories of what the monolith was, and where it came from.
One main reason people think this monolith came from aliens is its strange reminiscence of the monolith from 2001: A Space Odyssey.
While people were developing theories about the strange monolith’s origins, it disappeared on the 27th of November. After it disappeared yet again, people didn’t know what to think about it until a group of environmental enthusiasts shared that they took it down to preserve the nature of the Utah Canyon.
Shortly after the monolith in Utah was taken down, a second strange monolith was reported near an ancient Dacian fortress by a local news company. Unlike the previous monolith in Utah, this one found in Romania was covered in incompetent welds and scratches. However, the mayor of Piatra Neamț Andrei Carabelea stated in an interview that he believes that “I guess that some alien, cheeky and terrible teenagers left home with their parents’ UFO and started planting metal monoliths around the world.”
The owners of the land that contained the monolith claimed that they had no idea how it had gotten there, and shortly after it was discovered, on December 1st the monolith disappeared, but this time with no explanation.
On December 2nd, another monolith was discovered on a trail on Pine Mountain. This one also shortly disappeared and countless other monoliths were erected, discovered, and then destroyed. The next three were discovered on the same day, December 6th in the Netherlands on the Isle of Wight, and in Washington D.C. in a homeowner’s front yard. This one was especially peculiar because it was put in somebody’s front yard while the neighbors and homeowners had no clue or security footage of it being installed. When I asked Allan Guzman, a resident/student in Menifee about the monolith appearing in somebody’s front yard he stated, “I think it was probably some people pranking each other.” Like the mayor of Piatra Neamt, he also thinks that it was a group of pranksters, which is a very reasonable and agreed-upon explanation.
And just recently in March of this year, another monolith was spotted in Wales, except it was referred to as a “perfect” monolith. It had zero traces of its origins and it was in the middle of nowhere. Unlike the other monoliths, it was perfectly polished and had no scratches. It was also so shiny it reflected light.
Everybody is waiting for the next appearance of these strange monoliths. Some people are waiting for the aliens to come down to Earth while others just believe it is an artist’s doing. What do you think about this?
