Santa Rosa Academy is bringing back their victories as the team won the first round CIF game against Rancho Alamitos. SRA is now focused and ready for their ultimate comeback. The final score was 24-20 and the team is ready for the game against Artesia at 7:00 P.M. this Friday.
The question still remains…will Santa Rosa defeat Artesia? They are focused on the last game as they believe their team did well, but recognize there are some things to improve on.
“Overall we did well but there were definitely some things we could do better on. What we need to improve on is to make sure we put in full effort from the start because we didn’t do well in the first half” Logan Ledesma, wide receiver, said.
If the team can demonstrate the winning spirit and commitment, SRA has the game in the bag. Ledesma added that he thinks the team is ready for the game.
“If we put in the effort and execute properly we should win,” Ledesma said.
The win would add to back-to-back successes for SRA, bumping the record to 7-4. Rancho Altimos holds an identical record.
The game on Friday will be very competitive and entertaining. This game will pit two of the most dominant signal callers against one another. Let’s hope our team guides our school to victory. This game will require the Rangers to commit, focus, and stay motivated.
Go support our Rangers and motivate them to have another victory for Santa Rosa Academy.
