On September 16, 2024, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was apprehended in a New York hotel for a racketeering conspiracy, interstate transportation for prostitution, and trafficking by force.
Prosecutors have accused Combs of creating a criminal enterprise where he would threaten, abuse, and coerce women and other people around him to conceal his conduct and protect his reputation.
Combs is claimed to be the leader of a criminal enterprise. He is depicted to have been subjecting others to a routine of physical and sexual abuse according to the federal prosecutors.
U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said, “As alleged in the Indictment, for years, Sean Combs used the business empire he controlled to sexually abuse and exploit women, as well as to commit other acts of violence and obstruction of justice. Today, he is charged with racketeering and sex trafficking offenses. A three-count federal indictment against Sean Combs claims that Combs was the leader and organizer of a prostitution ring. All these accusations and charges threaten to end his entertainment empire and his freedom. Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has pleaded not guilty to the three felony counts.

Investigators have allegedly found that, for many years, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs would provide his victims with narcotics and alcohol and resort to intimidation through violence.
He was not though committing all of this by himself. According to federal prosecutors, no other person has been charged in this case. Combs had managers, assistants, and security that would make sure that women and male prostitutes were present at Diddy “freak off”. These would occur in hotel rooms where they had supplies and were staged with lubricant and baby oil.
Amid all of the accusations against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs prosecutors have added that law enforcement has found and seized “more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant” from Sean’s residencies in Miami and Los Angeles.
