On the earth that we live on there are many beautiful and amazing places and countries to visit and travel to. Some of the most unique places include Kyoto Japan, Santorini Greece, and Banff National Park, Canada.

In Kyoto Japan, one can experience the rich culture of Japan, incredible temples, architecture, and beautiful gardens. In this stunning Japanese city, visitors can enjoy places like Kinkaku-ji, a Buddhist temple with amazing gardens and a reflecting pond.

“I would go to Greece just because of that movie Mamma Mia,” SRA Sophomore Jeanine Nunez said.

Santorini, Greece has breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Additionally, Greece’s whitewashed buildings and the romantic sunsets. The city of Oia is famous for its beautiful sunsets and lively streets. The Fira is the island’s capital and has a vibrant nightlife and shopping.

“If there is a place I would go this summer, it would most likely be Greece,” SRA sophomore Cassandra Rodriguez said.

Banff National Park is one of the best places to explore in the Canadian Rockies which includes blue lakes, rugged mountains, and a variety of wildlife. The national park includes places like Moraine Lake, a beautiful lake that is known for its incredibly blue waters and its view of the mountain peaks. Visitors can also relax in the park’s hot springs where you can soak in natural hot water with a view of Mount Rundle.

There are many other places people can visit this summer, these are just some of the best places to consider. From Kyoto Japan’s beautiful temples and amazing gardens, to Santorini Greece’s amazing views and romantic sunsets, and Banff National Park’s mountains and lakes, these are some of the best places to travel to.
