SRA RANGERS RULE! On Thursday, October 2nd, our Santa Rosa Academy Rangers played against Riverside Prep High in our third home game of this season and won!
In the first quarter, the Rangers were able to keep the score steady at 0-0.
In the second quarter, they scored two touchdowns and a two-point conversion, making the score 14-0 and taking the lead.
After the second quarter, our SRA cheerleaders performed an outstanding performance to support our Rangers and to amp up family and friends watching.
During the third quarter, Riverside Prep scored a touchdown, making the score 14-6. But the Rangers didn’t give up and scored eight points, defending their lead and making the score 22-6.
During the fourth quarter, things started to get a little intense, after Riverside Prep scored another touchdown and made the score 22-12. But the Rangers managed to keep the score the same and even scored another touchdown themselves, making 28-12. The game then ended shortly after, making our SRA Rangers the winners!
The football game was an amazing experience, with Coach Taylor as the announcer, the cheerleaders keeping the audience amped up, and with our SRA football team giving their all, this was surely a night to remember, and will make people come back and watch future games!
